Achieve Optimal Health

The problem is, when we look down at screens for long periods, we’re putting our neck and spine in a forward-flexed position. It’s like holding a bowling ball out in front of you for hours every day—your muscles are straining, your joints are compressed, and your spine starts to lose its natural curve.
While yes, we absolutely help with pain—whether it’s in your neck, low back, or from an old injury—the real power of chiropractic goes far beyond that.
One of my favorite exercises is the cat-cow stretch. It’s excellent for improving spinal flexibility and relieving tension in the back
Headaches are incredibly common, but just because they’re common doesn’t mean you should have to live with them.
One thing many people don’t realize is how much their posture is influenced by stress. When we’re anxious or overwhelmed, we might hunch our shoulders or hold our necks in a rigid position. This posture puts additional strain on your spine, which can lead to longer-term issues like chronic back pain or a decrease in your range of motion.
A simple way to support your spine is through proper posture. When you’re sitting or standing, make sure your shoulders are back, and your head is aligned with your spine. Taking breaks to stretch and move throughout the day also helps keep your spine flexible and reduces tension.
